Start the day at the American Air Power Museum for a tour of World War II and other vintage aircraft. Continue to learn about Long Island's rich history of air and space accomplishments at the Cradle of Aviation. Have lunch at the Red Planet Café, followed by an IMAX movie and a motion ride. All of these make for a fun and educational day.
Atlantis Marine World has an awesome shark tank and the largest live coral reef display in North America. From January to April, the visit can be combined with a seal observation cruise led by The Foundation for Marine Research and Preservation naturalist. |
